NEHME stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship with our comprehensive Lifetime Warranty program. If you believe your ring has a defect, you may send it back to us at any time for an inspection. As each ring is made-to-order and crafted specifically for you, slight variations are to be expected and are not viewed as a defect.
Warranty Coverage
- Lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Annual complimentary cleaning, polishing, prong inspection/retightening, and rhodium plating (for white gold only)
Important Warranty Terms
- Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or excessive wear and tear
- After the first year, repairs for stone security and metal integrity may be subject to service fees
- Warranty is void if issues arise from third-party modifications or repairs without express written authorization from NEHME
- Shipping costs for warranty claims are the client's responsibility

Unusual or Extreme Wear
The following are examples of unusual or extreme wear that are not covered under warranty:

- Excessive physical impact or trauma (e.g., dropping the item, hitting it against hard surfaces)
- Prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures
- Activities such as wearing jewelry during sports, heavy lifting, or manual labor
- Damage due to improper storage (e.g., storing jewelry with other hard objects or in damp environments)
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, impact, or physical trauma
- Loss of stones or components due to wear or impact
- Damage from exposure to chemicals, cleaning agents, or harsh environments
- Alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized jewelers
- Normal wear and tear beyond the first year
- Damage from improper storage, handling, or cleaning methods
- Scratches, dents, or surface wear from regular use
- Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures or environmental conditions
- Loss or theft of jewelry pieces
- Damage from contact with hard surfaces or abrasive materials
WARRANTY CLAIMS
To file a warranty claim:
- Contact us within 24 hours of discovering the issue
- Provide clear, detailed photos of the damage from multiple angles
- Include original purchase documentation, certificates, appraisals, and warranty card
- Describe the circumstances and timeline of when the issue was discovered
- Provide any relevant maintenance, inspection, or repair history
- Include your contact information and preferred method of communication
